1. You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and any future updates and additions to these Terms, as published from time to time at the website.
2. You are of sound mind, at least 18 years in age, and otherwise competent to form a binding contract with us. If you are above 13 and below 18, then you can only use the website or make a purchase with verifiable express consent from your parent / legal guardian. In case you are below 13, then you cannot use our website or our services or place an order for the game. By using the website, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements.
3. Pre-orders are not available to individuals in OFAC Sanctioned Countries, those listed on the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List, or individuals listed on the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) Denied Persons and Entity Lists.
4. You have read, understood, and consented to Disclaimer specified in Section 9 below, and Privacy Policy and Refund Policy posted on the website.

1. Email Registration: To place a pre-order on our website, you must create an account using a valid email address. This email will be used for all communications related to your pre-order, including the delivery of the Steam key.
2. Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account. Any incorrect or misleading information may lead to delays or issues with your pre-order.
3. Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your password. Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility, and you should notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4. One Account per User: Each individual is allowed to create only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate those accounts.
5. Termination of Account: We reserve the right to terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms & Conditions, provide false information, or engage in any activity that compromises the security or functionality of the website. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your pre-order or related content, and any associated rights to your pre-order may be revoked without refund.

1. Pre-order Process: By placing a pre-order on our website, you are securing access to the game Medieval Life in its future release state. Upon completing the pre-order, you will receive a Steam key that can be redeemed immediately in your Steam account, allowing the game to appear in your library. The game will become playable when it is officially released.
2. Non-refundable Pre-orders: Once you have redeemed the Steam key provided with your preorder, the purchase becomes non-refundable. The key is tied to the email address you used during the purchase, and any issues related to the Steam key must be resolved directly with Valve, subject to their refund policies.
3. Payment Process: Payment for pre-orders must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept payments through the methods available on our website, and all transactions are processed securely. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase upon completion of the transaction.
4. Pre-order as a Development Support: By pre-ordering Medieval Life, you acknowledge that your payment is contributing to the game’s ongoing development. There is no guarantee of a specific release date, and delays may occur. The funds collected from pre-orders are intended to support the completion of the game. Please read full disclaimer in Section 9 below.
5. Delays and No Guaranteed Release Date: While we tentatively aim to release the game by Q4 2026, this date is subject to change based on the progress of development. By placing a pre- order, you accept the possibility of delays without the expectation of a refund, except under the specific conditions outlined in our refund policy.
6. Pre-order Limitations: Pre-orders are not transferable to another individual, nor can they be resold. However, you may purchase a pre-order as a gift for someone else, in which case the Steam key will be delivered to the recipient’s email address provided during checkout.
7. Changes to Pre-order Terms: We reserve the right to modify the terms of the pre-order, including pricing or release schedule, at any time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via email or through our website.
8. Currency and Taxation: All pre-order payments are processed in the currency indicated at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, including VAT or other sales taxes, which may vary depending on your location.

1. Purchasing Pre-orders: You are permitted to use the website to browse, select, and purchase pre-order packages for Medieval Life. All purchases must be made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

5. Non-commercial Use: The website is provided solely for your personal use to learn about and support the development of Medieval Life. You may use the website for non-commercial purposes, such as purchasing pre-orders or accessing game information.
6. Information: Whenever prompted, you must provide us with the correct, accurate, and updated information. These will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy statement posted on our website

You are not allowed to use our website for the following:

1. Unauthorized Account Sharing: You are not allowed to share your account login details or grant access to others. Your account is for your personal use only, and any unauthorized sharing or access is strictly prohibited.
2. Reselling or Transferring Pre-orders: You may not resell or transfer your pre-order to another person, except in cases where a pre-order is purchased as a gift through the website. Steam keys are tied to the email used at the time of purchase and cannot be transferred after redemption.

4. Misrepresentation or Fraud: You must not provide false or misleading information when creating an account, making a purchase, or contacting customer support. Any attempt to defraud the system or other users is strictly prohibited.
5. Automated Access: You are not permitted to use any automated systems, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers, to access or interact with the website. All interactions must be made manually by a human user.

Intellectual Property of Wasted Potential Studios LLC: All content on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game assets, videos, audio clips, and software, is the exclusive property of Wasted Potential Studios LLC or its licensors. 2. Game Ownership and Pre-order Access: When you pre-order Medieval Life, you are purchasing a license to access the game through a Steam key. This key allows you to add the game to your Steam library, but you do not own the game itself. Wasted Potential Studios LLC retains full ownership of the game and all associated intellectual property. Your pre-order grants you access to play the game once it is released, but it does not transfer any ownership of the game or its content to you.
3. Steam Key License: The Steam key provided with your pre-order grants you a personal, nonexclusive, non-transferable license to access Medieval Life through the Steam platform. This key is tied to the email address used at the time of purchase and cannot be resold, transferred, or shared. You are prohibited from using the key for any commercial purposes, including reselling or distributing it to others.
4. Restrictions on Use of Content: You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content from the website or the game Medieval Life without prior written consent from Wasted Potential Studios LLC. This includes the game assets, code, artwork, sound, and any other materials associated with the game. Any unauthorized use of these materials constitutes a violation of intellectual property laws and may result in legal action.
5. Trademark Rights: The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the website are the property of Wasted Potential Studios LLC or third parties who have granted us permission to use them. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the game may evolve during its development, and the final product may differ from what is currently shown or described on our website, Discord server, or other communication channels. There is no guarantee that the final version of the game will meet your expectations, as the game’s development is ongoing, and unforeseen changes may occur.
2. No Guarantee of Release Date: While we anticipate releasing Medieval Life by Q4 2026, this is a tentative timeline and subject to potential delays. Game development is a complex process that can be affected by various factors, including financial resources, technical challenges, and other unforeseen circumstances. Wasted Potential Studios LLC does not guarantee that the game will be released on or by the projected release date. By pre-ordering the game, you acknowledge and accept that delays are possible, and no refunds will be issued based on delays.
3. No Warranty of Final Product: Medieval Life is being offered as a pre-order with a Steam key provided for access upon release. However, Wasted Potential Studios LLC makes no warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the final quality, performance, or features of the game once it is released. The game may include early access phases, beta testing, or other forms of gameplay that may not represent the final product. By participating in these early stages or pre-ordering the game, you acknowledge that the game may contain bugs, incomplete features, or changes that could affect your gameplay experience.
4. Risk of Development Failure: Although we are committed to completing Medieval Life, there is a risk that the game’s development may be delayed indefinitely or cancelled due to financial constraints, technical difficulties, or other unforeseen circumstances. Wasted Potential Studios LLC is primarily self-funded, and your pre-order contributes to the ongoing development of the game. In the event that we are unable to complete the game or deliver a playable version by 2030, we will explore options to offer a depreciated refund or other alternatives at our sole discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
5. No Refunds for Redeemed Steam Keys: Once you redeem the Steam key associated with your pre-order, you forfeit the right to request a refund through Wasted Potential Studios LLC. Any requests for refunds after redeeming the key must be directed to Valve, subject to their refund policy. Wasted Potential Studios LLC will not be responsible for facilitating refunds once the key has been redeemed, and you agree to follow Steam’s refund process for any issues related to the key or game access.
6. Digital Goods and Services: The pre-order you are purchasing consists solely of digital goods, including the Steam key and access to Medieval Life once it is released. You understand that no physical goods are provided as part of this transaction, and Wasted Potential Studios LLC is not responsible for any loss, corruption, or inability to access your digital goods due to user error, technical failures, or issues on third-party platforms such as Steam.
7. No Liability for Gameplay Experience: Wasted Potential Studios LLC does not guarantee that Medieval Life will run on all devices, operating systems, or configurations. The performance of the game may vary depending on your hardware, software, and internet connection, and we are not responsible for any incompatibility, crashes, or performance issues that may arise. By purchasing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the game may not meet specific performance standards or run optimally on your system.
8. External Links and Third-party Services: The website may contain links to external platforms, such as our Discord server, Steam store page, or other third-party services. Wasted Potential Studios LLC is not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of these third-party services. 9. General Disclaimers of Warranties: The website, pre-orders, and all related content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Wasted Potential Studios LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the website, the accuracy of information provided, the availability of pre-orders, or the game’s development progress. If you are found to be degrading, tarnishing, maligning the image, goodwill, or reputation of Wasted Potential Studios LLC, by spreading hate, insulting, false, fake reviews or engaging in mala fide actions against the Company or the Medieval Life game, strong legal actions will be taken immediately.

1. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois (USA), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
2. Negotiation and Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the user and the Company hereby agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations and discussions.
3. Judicial Action: If amicable resolution is not reached despite attempts, in that case either the user or the Company may initiate legal proceedings in the appropriate court located in Will County, Illinois.
4. No Class Actions: The user and the Company agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action. Both parties waive the right to participate in or bring class actions.
5. Attorneys’ Fees: In the event of any legal action arising from or related to this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
6. No Waiver of Rights: The pursuit of legal action shall not be construed as a waiver of any rights or remedies available under this Agreement.
7. Continuation of Service: Pending the resolution of any dispute, the user agrees to continue abiding by the terms of this Agreement.
8. Rights Unaffected: Nothing mentioned in this Section shall affect the rights of the Parties to seek any relief of an urgent nature

5. Waiver: Our failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of these Terms & Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver by us of any provision or any right that we have to enforce these Terms.
6. Survival: Notwithstanding any other provisions of these Terms & Conditions, or any general legal principles to the contrary, any provision of these Terms & Conditions that imposes or contemplates continuing obligations on either party shall survive the expiration or termination of these Terms & Conditions, for any reason whatsoever.
7. No Third-Party Beneficiaries: Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms & Conditions, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries to these Terms & Conditions.
8. No Assignment: You may not assign these Terms & Conditions (or any rights, benefits, or obligations hereunder) by operation of law or otherwise without the prior written consent of Wasted Potential Studios LLC, which may be withheld at Wasted Potential Studios LLC’ sole discretion. Any attempted assignment that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions shall be null and void.
9. Entire Agreement: The Terms, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy together with any additional terms and conditions incorporated herein or referred to herein constitute the entire Agreement between Wasted Potential Studios LLC and you, relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understanding or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on our website.
